Richard started dancing at the age of 4 at the County School of Dancing in Reading. Mary Richardson ensured that he went through a rigorous medallist regime, to attain a high level of technique. He completed all his grades, and decided to enter into the open circuit competitions, where it became apparent that he was born to dance.

Interview with Morgan
Morgan started dancing at the age of 14 at her local dance class, the Zig Zag Dance Factory. She became extremely interested and involved in dancing, but kept it well balanced with her school work. Morgan found her first partner at the age of 17, where she worked hard to progress her dancing, and to realise her maximum potential 'a natural performer'.
